PCT Class of 2025
Do you want a 2025 PCT Hiker Trash Yearbook?
Time matters.
Now that the 2025 PCT Season has ended, hikers are returning to everyday life, and each day it becomes harder to gather stories and photos. If we want a 2025 PCT Hiker Trash Yearbook, we need to start now.
The PCT Museum is focused on creating the 2026 PCT Hiker Trash Yearbook for the upcoming season.
However, with support from the Class of 2025, we can begin collecting the stories and images needed for a 2025 edition.
The groundwork is already in place. Once the 2026 yearbook is underway, I’ll begin assembling the 2025 PCT Hiker Trash Yearbook.
This will only happen if the Class of 2025 community steps up, spreads the word, and helps bring it to life.
Here is a list of what we are looking for regarding a yearbook.
- A Class photo, including your name or Trail Name.
- Up to 5 photos.
Photo suggestions:
-
- Tramily w/Trail Names
- Significant locations on the trail.
- A Magic Moment with a 20-word description, a quote, a poem, or a story.
- Wildlife – not hiker trash.
- Hikers who are clearly Hiker Trash.
- Photos of you starting the trail or ending the trail.
- Reality: Happy moments and heartbreaks.
- A link to a YouTube video about our PCT adventure.
- A 60-second video of their thoughts on their PCT adventure.
This will be part of a class video. - Did hiking the PCT change your life? Explain it in 50 words, and if possible, include a photo that explains it.
